DAY 1 – ARRIVAL IN THE CITY OF TOMORROW

Participants arrive in Shenzhen throughout the day.
1.2 Welcome Dinner & Opening Briefing
An evening of connection starting with a curated dinner, followed by an opening briefing to walk everyone through the detailed itinerary and logistics for the upcoming days.
1.3 Evening Exploration: Meituan Drone Delivery + Shenzhen Bay Skyline Walk
We will experience a live drone delivery order, such as ordering Shenzhen featured Milk tea from Meituan’s low-altitude logistics system. This session shows how drone delivery is moving from demonstration to daily urban consumption, connecting instant retail, platform operations, and city airspace management.
After that, we will take a relaxed evening walk through Shenzhen Bay MixC and the Talent Park waterfront, where the city’s commercial energy meets its public-space design. This light, scenic experience offers a quieter way to absorb Shenzhen’s skyline, coastal atmosphere, and high-quality urban lifestyle after a full day of visits.
DAY 2 – THE LOW-ALTITUDE FRONTIER
2.1 Opening Keynote: Ashley Dudenok, Founder of ChoZan
This opening keynote provides a macro overview of China’s frontier technology ecosystem, highlighting the forces shaping AI, robotics, low-altitude economy, smart mobility, advanced manufacturing, and digital commerce. It also introduces Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and the Greater Bay Area as one of China’s most dynamic innovation corridors, giving us the strategic context needed to understand the company visits and experiences ahead.
2.2 Company Visit: DJI
We will visit DJI, Shenzhen’s globally recognized drone and imaging technology leader. The session introduces DJI’s drone product ecosystem, flight control capabilities, creator tools, and global hardware brand-building model, helping clients understand why Shenzhen has become a world center for advanced consumer hardware.

2.4 Company Visit: Air Map Low-Altitude Economy Intelligent Operation Exhibition Hall (Longgang)
We will visit the “Air Map” low-altitude economy exhibition hall in Longgang District. The visit introduces intelligent low-altitude operations, aerial traffic coordination, and digital infrastructure required to connect drones, maps, and urban mobility systems.
2.5 Expert Dialogue: Low-Altitude Economy Insights
An expert session connects the day’s experiences into a strategic framework. We will examine policy support, airspace management, commercial scenarios, investment opportunities, and the real bottlenecks facing drone logistics and eVTOL adoption.

DAY 3 – FUTURE MOBILITY SYSTEMS
3.1 Expert Dialogue: China’s Future Mobility Stack
The day begins with a strategic dialogue on the next generation of mobility systems in China. This session introduces the relationship between electric vehicles, autonomous driving, and urban air mobility, along with the infrastructure needed to support them.
3.2 Company Visit: BYD Shenzhen Headquarters
We will visit BYD to understand one of China’s most important new energy vehicle and battery companies. The session focuses on electric vehicles, battery technology, vertical integration, intelligent manufacturing, and BYD’s global expansion model.

3.4 Experience: Autonomous Driving
We will experience autonomous driving in a real urban setting through Pony.ai’s robotaxi service, subject to operational availability. This session demonstrates how L4 autonomous driving is being tested and commercialized in China, while raising questions around regulation, safety, unit economics, and future mobility models.
3.5 Company Visit: EHang & Shenzhen Low-Altitude Economy Experience Center
We will visit a low-altitude economy experience site featuring EHang’s passenger-carrying eVTOL concept and urban air mobility infrastructure. Through the EH216-S aircraft, vertiport setup, and commercialization discussion, we will see how China is exploring the next generation of short-distance aerial transport.

4.1 Company Visit: UBTECH Headquarters
We will begin the day with a focused robotics visit or session centered on embodied intelligence and real-world robotic deployment. The emphasis is on how robotics is moving from showroom innovation into practical applications across education, service, and industry.
4.2 Experience: Bambu Lab Flagship Store (拓竹 – 3D Printing)
We will visit Bambu Lab’s flagship store or company experience location to see how desktop 3D printing is becoming faster, easier, and more consumer-friendly. The experience may include multi-color printing, model libraries, materials, and creator community logic, illustrating how 3D printing is shifting from a niche tool to a broader creative platform.

4.4 Experience: Huaqiangbei Electronics Market Safari
We will lead a walk through Huaqiangbei and introduce Shenzhen’s legendary electronics supply chain. The group will observe components, modules, screens, accessories, rapid prototyping, and cross-border product selection, helping them understand how Shenzhen turns ideas into hardware products at exceptional speed.
4.5 High-Speed Train: Shenzhen to Guangzhou
We will transfer via 350km/h high-speed rail, experiencing the intercity connectivity that binds the Bay Area into a single economic zone. The journey symbolizes how talent, capital and supply chains flow seamlessly between Shenzhen’s hardware innovation and Guangzhou’s manufacturing scale.

An immersion into China’s largest B2B beauty supply-chain control tower, we will tour three interconnected zones: the VIP product-selection floor (2,000+ brands, 60,000+ SKUs across skincare, color cosmetics and personal care), the live-streaming command center where real-time sales data directly triggers inventory replenishment and logistics dispatch, and the cross-border export briefing room decoding how AI-powered product selection and smart cloud warehousing move Guangzhou-made beauty products to Southeast Asia, Latin America and the Middle East within 72 hours. The session reveals a new retail paradigm where the exhibition hall, the factory order book and the global distribution network operate as a single real-time system.
